Which one is it then, fake news or they had a bust up? You were saying that Nofoaluma didn’t want to play with Hastings.

I’m not trying to have a go, I’m really not. But you really need to be careful with what you post as these types of rumours are particularly damaging and unfair to players.

This one was never a story, Nofoaluma has been struggling quite a bit both mentally and physically with these side effects and people coming at him with this garbage is the worst possible thing for him and Hastings.

Personally I think stuff like that should be kept quiet unless near certain its true. Even if its true I would keep it quiet.

I don't think it's good enough to say "that's what I was told" when it comes to things like this.

Just my opinion. I don't think you were the one to start it to be fair.

We cop enough negative press without this place adding to it. How nice would it be if we all went full AFL mode in the sense we protect our club no matter what, never attack internally.

If we are not going to use William Kei should we look to offload him as well to free up another spot so Dykes can come onboard in 2022 as well

Madden did it against he dogs (the worst team in the last couple years)

Well I agree it’s not coincidence.
Madden does it once and it payed off, Brooks has been really good lately and I think watching a young bloke back himself the way Madden he is healthy for Brooks.
And I have never seen Brooks chip and chase for himself and nail it.
Rarely have I seen him with the exception of a runaway try from a loose ball create something for himself the way Madden did.
I’ve not said Brooks should be punted or that I don’t like him as a part of the squad.
I’m saying Madden played well and he did!!!
You have your opinion on what you see on game day and so do I.
Again I think Madden deserves a contract if for depth alone.

Exactly right.

You don’t need to post every single rumour you hear on the internet. Signing and player movement rumours is fair game. But when it comes to players personal lives and personal relationships, that stuff doesn’t need to be shared.

I always find it interesting that as fans we complain about guys like Buzz and Hooper reporting players personal lives, for us to only turn around and do the same thing…

Wouldn't mind if they put brooks at 13 he is strong defence wise with bodies around him can play that ball playing role and have Jacko and Madden in the halves

I can’t see a hothead Lodge who has behavioural issues fitting well into our team culture. He’s just not that type of player on recruitments radar imo. I don’t see the deal happening. Move on. We’re a happy group, I don’t want that affecting the team.
