Precisely,he looks great with the club with the best and deepest roster in the world and he then comes to the one with arguably the worst in Australia.

Apart from those that have been incessantly baying for Macguire's blood since before he was born, after last weekend's debacle, I can understand why some people may feel that way now.
What we need to do is take a step back and breathe - although the results aren't coming, there have been definite signs of improvement this year and before the last weekend the general concensus was that.
Like many, I was just so disappointed after thinking we could win or at least give it a good crack but that doesn't mean we need to just chuck it all away now. At least, we should give Maguire until t he end of the year to see what happens. A change now is just throwing the cards up in the air yet again and that has not worked out for us in the past.

Yeah I want a bloke that bashes the opposite too.
Just not one that is prepare to kill, rape, & pillage in their spare time.
I don’t know about you but the last time I went on hols I did not chase women down the street threatening to kill them or bash my way into someone’s castle to terrorise a blokes wife and kid, and then try to get off like nothing to see here man. Should have been banned for life from the nrl, but they have no nuts Terry.
And do you really think that lodge is the saviour of our team, one average prop forward? That’ll fix it?

He didn't kill anyone or rape anyone! He had a big night lost the plot and made a huge error, not the end of the world. Give the bloke a chance, he is not an average prop that is what we currently have. He is a great metre eater and would add instant starch, our forwards are soft as dog shit.

I was referring to your statement "if we pay overs so be it"
Paying overs is what put us in this predicament that's taken years to fix.
If you pay a player
$100-200k more than what he is worth you are short changing yourself that much to get another quality player and so on.
I doubt you, me or anyone on this forum knows the intimate workings of our club's salary cap and TPA's.
All we know is our roster is shite. I feel your frustrations believe me.
I believe that stating anything but commonsense is frivolous.
Not paying overs and outlaying what we can afford is commonsense. Anything else is suicide. IMO.

I'm with you. I don't trust fans at all atm. Fans were stating pay Stef anything he wants and he was a critical signing. Now when he isn't performing it's a different story.

Fans were calling Finucane such a good buy. He is a dud.

Yeah it wasn’t innocent people.
It was DDers who owed $ to other DDers and I did enough to know it was not for me. But I’ve paid, I’ve repented, and I mean it. And no I do not want my club to sign me either.
But we have gotten off topic.
Still no to lodge for me, Tigers can do better. Hopefully.
