If they sack Madge, I’m done.
I’ll have no interest in the club continuing down the road to mediocrity. I’m an ex Balmain supporter, not accustomed to the losing mentality.
Just not happy with the continual discussion around the coach getting sacked. It’s restricting our progression. Not helpful at all.

Hang in there mate... The Tide is turning. Sheens has the wheel now. He knows what needs to be done. Madge has got us through a tough period with a bent out of joint cap. Next yr cap is in better shape. We need a young coach with eye for junior development and players. Morris and ciraldo are specialist at this. I would take either of them. I think Madge is gone.the game has past him. club has lined the ducks up... I'd be surprised if we let this drag on and let this turn into a media fiasco. Time for change......

Praying each week for a win, then the slow lead up to the game, suffering in anticipation of whether we are going to fail again or the miracle of a win.
Then spend the week talking about the last game then do it all over again.
I'm firstly looking forward to seeing a real pro in action, Appi. His service from dummy half is awesome, that's why he's in the SOO Team.
Secondly watching the energy of Papa.
The rest is a bonus 👍

Nu Brown ....hasnt played NRL since 2019...would be our 4th string hooker...

How did that go? I loosley remember him being more concerned with his TV appearances and doing nothing really to enhance Brooks. Were you being ironic? Oh I see he is coaching the Women's team...

Edit: Brother you know me, you know me bro, I can't act off of impulse anymore I've had to take a step back and stop being so emotional and short sighted haha. Noddy is working with pathways, leave him there - hes doing a hell of a job with Matt Betsey. Ciraldo is Barrett 2.0 like you said, they're a champion team already the panthers. I've been very vocal as have other members about madge's tactics and what I think about the state of our club but Im just a punter.. I could honestly put my hand on my heart when I say that I haven't seen a coach at our club for 10+ years who believed so much in us and who is this invested and wants the boys to succeed than Madge, that's good enough for me brother.. he deserves a fair crack with the new COE. We got Api & ipap because of him; game changing acquisitions. Juniors are coming through strongly too all under his watch. I hope to god he stays I honestly do I don't care about this year anymore but Madge is a real one he's a tiger like you and me, unfinished business boys Pain b4 gains

I’m with you, it just seems like the board keep making the same mistakes in sacking coaches before their contracts end and expect a different outcome, I say let Madge stay till next year and if we haven’t played finals after next year sign someone else

Madge has had 4+ years and.... We seem to be in roughly the same shape as when he started.
Has he made the WT more professional and train harder, Yes. Has he brought in talent, yes and it has been a tough market.
Yet i see it game after game we lack:
Defense
Grit - we fade after 60 minutes or if we are down 2 tries.
A coordinated attacking structure.
Hastings has really been the only bright light in the team. Yes Roberts and Tamou really aimed up at times. Hastings though is guiding the team around the park and working out the structure... Not Madge.
We either change or accept 11-16 on the ladder.

Most of the news surrounding Madge is guess work. Sheens is doing the review and the board will act on his decision. Sheens hasn't given any indication on what he is thinking and will talk to some of the senior players and staff this week i believe. It seems as though the push by some to get rid of Madge is less to do with an anti-Madge agenda but more to do with getting a high profile target while they can (while they're available).
