Why Parramatta? Why do we get fixated on certain players going to specific clubs?

Hope so.. We have enough wingers to cover him but unlikely to happen unfortunately.
He seems to be a guy that Loves playing offence but not defence or following team rules..

Everything you’ve stated is conjecture.
Hastings and AD may not complement each other. Even if they do, that’s a tradesman like halves combo. It’s not a dynamic, threatening, points scoring combo that a lot of other squads have.
The fresh blood is less talented than those they’ve replaced. Hopefully the pathways system produces better. Colour me unimpressed with the current crop.
Api and Papa are positives but they’ll be playing within the worst pack either has ever seen next year. Our prop rotation will be the worst in the comp, as will the depth.
And…we may have a new coach to suffer through as he learns the systems of this shambles of a club.
I made a statement earlier that the Magpies game was one where Noffa should have stood out and set an example to the younger guys especially being a highly paid NRL player...
Let me go back to my days playing,I played wing and centre mainly,my job on the wing was to run hard and try and finish off backline movements and score points,I also had to make sure I marked my man and didnt get tries scored against me,so how come Noffa gets applauded for scoring tries but lets double the amount in on $500k a year and I got my arse kicked if I let a try in and cost us a game?..
I was on $50 a win,nothing for a draw or loss...I won a team managers award and got a best and fairest medal in the 6 years I was at the club....the game is a far cry from the true roots of rugby league as I knew it....cheers guys....

Most likely right but they are there to set up the tries and not really score them..
Everyone thought Hastings was to slow but I would take him as our 7 over a quick 7 with no game organising skills any day.
I think they may put AD in the centre and move him to 13 in a year or 2.
Hastings is and should be the 7
6 will either be Brooks, Madden or Laurie depends on re-signings etc..

In fairness, he was dally m winger of the year and scoring tries for fun. This ones on Noffa himself for being a cat 🐈
No discussions to that effect have taken place…..unless he pulls his finger out, it wouldn't surprise if he was shopped around before season 23 starts….there is a growing list in the club questioning his current contract amount and length

True. If that form holds though, none of us dislike noffa. It’s n attitude issue like so many of our playing group. Our ability to detect players of strong character has been lacking for years.
