I know enough about his, and the rest of the board's ability to identify issues within the club and rectify them. They're all [This word has been automatically removed]ed and they all ought to roll. Four coaches since Sheens have not been able to get these pricks to fire up. It's bigger than the coaches, and the CEO and board are not up to it either.

I'm really surprised at the backlash. I like Madge too and hope he picks up a good contract either here or in the ESL. But, he's had 3.5 years and it has been pretty miserable following the club in that time. We have been quite bad and the coach is ultimately responsible for performances on the field. It was time for a change. I do agree, though, that the use of the word "terminated" in the announcement was terrible and Madge deserved better.

Our club is deadset beyond a joke, our board have no idea on what it takes to build a sustainable football club that has onfield success (as evident within the last 10 years) we finally had a no nonsense coach who was passionate about turning the club around & had finally started to show glimpses of doing just that & then the club go ahead & sack him. The club clearly don't care about its fans as the overwhelming majority clearly wanted Madge to stay & see out his contract, so I'm thinking of showing the club the same courtesy & not watching anymore games this season because I am simply fed up with the basket case that is our club. They've clearly wanted to sack Madge since last year so why not do it then? Instead they've allowed this to drag on for 9 months now & have sacked a coach midway through the season. You can also say bye to players like Hastings, Doueihi, Stef & wouldn't be surprised if Ipap & api want to renege on their deals now.

No way they actually sacked him. That's poor form from the club. Not the right timing at all. Could of done it at the end of last season but this is tough.

Looks like the morons are still in charge of the club.I hope all the dopes who made this decision eventually see that it is their poor decision making that is holding the club back and that applies to every one of the useless parasites who decided to sack him
