Interestingly in Geyers rant in the article above he says a coach needs 2-3 years to put his stamp on the joint before you can judge him. Madge had 4 years. More than enough time and we've got progressively worse

Their is absolutely no chance of Brown or Barrett coaching Wests tigers.

Nathan Brown and Kevin Walter's both said after interviewing for the Tigers top job it was amateur hour at the Tiger's and the people who interviewed them could not answer basic questions from both candidates

Got no problem with sacking him but should of been end of last year or this year. Timing is terrible.

It's the Wests Tigers, I have learnt over the years that common sense and wests tigers very rarely go hand in hand.

I hate to say it but it's only Shane Flanagan Cronulla was an absolute Sh*t show before he took over internal fighting no money relocating to Perth the Perth Sharks they had raffles to buy equipment in the shire for the Sharks

He is the only one who has done it before has the Rocks to do it doesn't take a backward step and is more hungry then any other coach to win that's available

I have a sneaky feeling it is a flip of a coin between Woolfe or Ciraldo.
Woolfe has benefits of coaching personalities down on confidence and uniting them to rise against the odds.
Ciraldo has the benefit of some of the Panthers pathways and being able to take the current systems and inject them into our team.
As good as Ciraldo could be I’m just not confident this is as simple as the Cowboys job or the Sharks job.

Maybe. We are in a pretty good position apart from ladder standing. Apart from Brooks big salary next year the cap.is in pretty good shape. Douhie, Hastings,Stefano,Pap and API, you can build a team around them. With the juniors coming through and new COE we are in a decent spot.

Ciraldo would not want to take this on , he has zero experience in rebuilding a first grade team , coaching a first grade team , this would be a bad move for both him and the club , we need a coach who has rebuilt a club with 3/4 of there current squad and a few new players like Papai and API , and maybe a couple more if we can sign anyone , we should announce who is coach in 23 and fast , get on the front foot and buy who he wants or at least try , Flanno I think is the one

and on a side note , thanks Madge for the work you put in I believe you work your heart on your sleeve and tried , but job always just to hard for you ,

Why rebuild though? Our cap is on good shape. We have 4-6 players next year to build a team around. We should be aiming for top 8 next year. No rebuild.

Brett is already with us and we are no better with him moving to head coach , if he new how to fix it he should have helped already , , new coach needs to be in the back ground like Fitzy at Cronulla , organising his new recruits already ,
