Being a so called development club, we have to give the coach a chance to do that and five years would be a fair expectation. Also in my books he is no rookie even though he has only ever acted in the role of head coach5 years for a rookie is panicking.
Yeah we shouldn't need to offer 5 years to get Ciraldo. Pretty confident we're a better option for him than Warriors or Bulldogs.5 years for a rookie is panicking.
If 3.5 years was enough time for a premiership winning coach, why would we give 5 years to an unproven coach?Being a so called development club, we have to give the coach a chance to do that and five years would be a fair expectation. Also in my books he is no rookie even though he has only ever acted in the role of head coach
I think people look at the way Fitzgibbon has done it at the sharks he waited for the rite Job and you never know if Bellamy retires they could go after ciraldo it’s completely up to him he could just hang at Penrith and keep willing comps as an assistant I can see why there is no rush for himYeah we shouldn't need to offer 5 years to get Ciraldo. Pretty confident we're a better option for him than Warriors or Bulldogs.
People keep talking about him waiting for the right job. There are not too many clubs that are going well that have a vacant coaching position.
Think of the top clubs.
Penrith: Ivan - will be there until they move his son on
Roosters: Robinson - not going anywhere
Parra: Arthur - not off contract for 2 more years
Storm: Bellamy - seems to be off contract every year but always stays
Other future roles are Souths, Titans and Knights which I don't think are in any better shape than us.
Brown can advise all the available coaches to avoid the Wests Tigers like the plague.Guys, stop putting Browns name up for the job, he's already declared his days of NRL coaching is over and he is moving into coaching advisory role, and to stay in Oz.
Even if only for the post match pressers.Yet people claim Ciraldo is a favourite?
Bring in Tooves…
Seems desperate to me, you'd offer that to get Bellamy here.Being a so called development club, we have to give the coach a chance to do that and five years would be a fair expectation. Also in my books he is no rookie even though he has only ever acted in the role of head coach
No way.You coaching mate?
your username certainly makes sense considering that post! welcome to the forum. It worries me that Ciraldo has been ringing around to gauge people's thoughts on joining the Tigers... Can't imagine there would be many positive things being said about the Tigers behind the scenes.
If having Ciraldo allowed us to nab Burton and Liam Martin, the contract would have just about paid for itself!
Another point - it is disgraceful that Phil Gould is able to use his position in the media to manipulate coaching recruitment and retention at other clubs for his own clubs benefit.
Not to mention the "666" on his forehead. It's his teeth when he smiles.
Pure evil🤣
How so?Another point - it is disgraceful that Phil Gould is able to use his position in the media to manipulate coaching recruitment and retention at other clubs for his own clubs benefit.
You can sack a coach with a payout. We still have to pay Madge $800kI don’t see the problem aye it entices him to come here and if it doesn’t work out you can always sack him it might be our only way to get our foot in the door
How's he doing that?It worries me that Ciraldo has been ringing around to gauge people's thoughts on joining the Tigers... Can't imagine there would be many positive things being said about the Tigers behind the scenes.

Get Royce back, he's great with the witch's hats.Holy crap .. so that's how Penrith do it .. they have a "defence witch".. !! ;-)
Dogs are in direct competition with us for coaching and playing talent. They are (more than likely) chasing Ciraldo and Gus would be aware he is our top target. How so?
