Hey 851 we got through the JT years - we are a very resilient lot. Surely the tide has got to turn soon.

We did mate somehow, that was another ridiculous decision by the club, was never ever going to work or end well. Sheens, Potter and Cleary were good coach choices, the rest of our coach choices were terrible, we need this one to be the right coach

Adam Doueihi has thrown up Anthony Seibold to be the coach in 2023 can I say hell no

Whilst I don't agree, he took over a team in 2018 that Madge had coached to 12th in 2016 and 12th in 2017, Seibold got them to 3rd and the prelim in his first year, so he must have something going for him.

I get you. I just reckon Pascoe et al have picked up on it and now base their business plan around the fact there are so many loyal fans. No need to win.

I remember suggesting Payten as a coach when Madge got the job, there were some on here saying they would never support the club again if the white anter got the job, be interesting to see if they have changed their mind. I don't think we would be trying to fight off the wooden spoon now if we never hired Madge and took on Payten instead.

What about the "unorthodox style" of the Walker Bros would their style fit us ?

I like the idea of the Walker Bros @tigeress with their "unorthodox" exciting brand of football.
But I wonder how much different the Walker Bros unorthodox style is to the unorthodox Sheenius style....ie doesn't matter how many points they score we'll score more.
And if Noddy is appointed our coach next year, Sheens would have to have a big influence on him.

Mum actually defied medical opinion last weekend and regained some movement in her left leg, the stroke physio I have arranged to see her is working. Dad has got the all clear at this stage and there is supposedly no cancer in him, gets results from latest scan on Tuesday, if they are clear, he should have a 12 month wait until next scan. My comment about folding the club was in reply to a poster saying Madge is the the only coach who can fix the club, seriously if that is to be believed, we are in all sorts. I personally didn't think he was the right coach for us in October 2018, and I am 100% sure in 2022 he isn't the right coach for us

Of course Ivan wants to keep his well-regarded assistant as his well-regarded assistant, not his adversary.

And that's why Farah has replaced Madge's Assistant Coach in the box.
If Noddy is appointed Our coach next year, I wonder how long it will be before Farah is pushing to take over?

I'm pretty sure I was laying into him, based on leaks he wasn't helping the Potter/farah thing behind the scenes.

People have been voicing their concerns in negative and in some positive ways for a long time now, Magpie1963,

I'm certain that no true WT fan wants the club to fold, but what we are seeing now is some members who have been so patient as we have all been, are now venting their frustrations, and rightfully so.

And throughout these years, the feelings of frustrations are made worse when we remember that the same salary cap is supposed to apply to every NRL club (except one or two clubs) which assures that every club has a level playing field.

The frustrations by the fans are very much justified and there's no arguing that the WT have been the most mindlessly mismanaged club in the modern history of the NRL.

The WT had a miraculous win in 2005, but it's now 2022, the WT should be aware now not push their luck much further with their fans.
