Fainu will make the switch to the Tigers from the next two-and-a-half seasons after being granted a release from the Sea Eagles.

He is long term also...looks absolutely terrible / slow / immobile.

The Reilly one really is puzzling...would like to know whose decision 2.5 years was. Guessing Sheens.

Yes, on debut...but he played league junior level for souths and knights. It is not a new game.

Worryingly.... he appears to be average pace at best. Does not look anywhere near athletic enough for the NRL.

Pace was supposed to be his selling point, but he barely made an impression chasing down Dogs forwards like Reece Hoffman (a Tiger's reject)

These recruitment decisions are hurting us. We’re using roster spots on reserve graders and our top side is full of fringe first graders. We need tough, 100 % effort forwards with some grunt and go forward. We need to stop buying random outside back fringe players that are a complete lottery.

He's on trial and train. If they pick him up after that, he gets a 2 year contract. If not, he's gone. It's not that big a risk.

Are you sure about that mate? Official club press release says he moves into the top 30 for 23 and 24. i.e. already has a deal.
