I've provide names in one of these threads - O'Kane, Kautoga, Matamua, Tumeth, Pole, Mansfield-Webster, Tannous, Hill, Tupou, De Silva and no doubt many more.

I’ll give you Matamua and Pole. De Silva is a talented young hooker in his grade. But the reality is we are more hoping they will be stars then they actually becoming them.

Add to that, I have little faith in the clubs ability to properly develop them.

How quickly the anti Maguire contingent who were all about results, are now transferring blame to the squad.
The squad is a reflection of the club and its inability to attract players - even with coaches the like of Cleary and Maguire.
Unfortunately for Maguire he won't get the opportunity to work with the two most inform players to be signed to the club under any coach.

Maguire was responsible for the squad. Squad is shit, Maguire is shit....
I have over 20 different teams in place all over qld and northern nsw. If any of them don't do their job and I can't fix it, I get the ass.

This a club issue - not a Maguire issue. We havnt been able to build a decent squad since Sheens started the first rebuild.
The perception of failure sits at the hands of club and our inability to attract players that all other clubs seem to be able to do no matter who the coach is.

Both have been the issue, I'm not saying Madge was the only issue.

It's also wrong thinking Madge wasn't an issue for us.

It's a circular argument - you say the cattle is soft, I say Maguire assembled the cattle In the end the club had to make a call. We should all be thankful it did.

Scolari played Flegg last year.
We saw what happened to our best two stars in Fleg last year.
He is playing Ron Massey cup to get used to a physical game and the other one is out for the season after playing 6 games vs men.

No way as a coach you would come here. Few weeks ago I thought it's not too bad because you can build around a few certain players. Apart from Pap and API next year who actually deserved a first grade spot? Offa, Douhie and Twal maybe. The rest are just trash to be honest.

Ciraldo won't come here and not many other coaches around. Should of just given Madge the rest of the year and see what happens . The club is going to lose alot of members going into next year. Yet now we are doing a 5 year plan that could not even work.

I'm actually embarrassed to say who I support now. Always laughed when I said it because we have been bad for so
long, but now I just don't say it.

Fair dinkum we even failed Brooks by not having a proper development plan in place. He should never of played halfback consistently in the top grade at 18years old. Look at how tough Sexton is doing it and even he had a full season of QLD cup.
Brooks went from 1 season of SG ball to playing half a season of Flegg, a quarter of the season in NSW cup to then debuting in first grade.

I can't accept that mate. Brooks struggles with the basic fundamentals of Rugby League. He's had 190 games to justify his worth.
