As I understand it Super League has one marquee spot that is exempt from the salary cap (recall SBW got paid a ridiculous salary to sign with Toronto). So in theory they could pay him over a million to attract him if they wanted.

I think he will star over there, he's not a broken down body like Josh Reynolds was.

Yeah but how would his mental health be with all this constant scrutiny on him here?

Even accounting for the fact that he's not very good, why would Hodgo cut him loose mid season with no replacement lined up? Hull are currently 5th on the ladder and very much a contender for the semis. An immediate Brooks switch does make perfect sense...

Yeh it would be impossible to give birth to a child and raise them in the UK. I don't know whay they were thinking.

Brooks is being solely blamed (especially here) for a bog ordinary team....
When the team was mediocre - He played well and got accolades.

All and sundry are happy to remind us he's been crap his whole career...
Whilst arguing to the death the likes of Chris Lawrence are considered club legends and top quality back rowers.

Willie was also unfortunate enough to play in ordinary teams early on.

I feel sorry for Brooks, He's a better than average halfback and deserves better than the crap he's had to play with for the last bunch of years, Let alone carry sole responsibility for it being crap.
