As I understand it Super League has one marquee spot that is exempt from the salary cap (recall SBW got paid a ridiculous salary to sign with Toronto). So in theory they could pay him over a million to attract him if they wanted.

I think he will star over there, he's not a broken down body like Josh Reynolds was.

Yeah but how would his mental health be with all this constant scrutiny on him here?

Even accounting for the fact that he's not very good, why would Hodgo cut him loose mid season with no replacement lined up? Hull are currently 5th on the ladder and very much a contender for the semis. An immediate Brooks switch does make perfect sense...

Was just listening to a pod with Willie Peters he mentioned being compared to sterlo early on in his career impacted him and went to UK and enjoyed himself.

Sounds similar to Brooks.
