I agree, Pasco is not responsible first hand for on field performance that's the coach's job, the front office is doing well atm so his doing his job. The board though need some football intelligence in it, because they do get involved in the on field aspect of the team through their funding and recruitment of staff and players, although The CEO is also involved his involvement is only on a recommendation basis, whereas the board are supposed to be the checks and balances of the club in that when the CEO and board sat down the board should have known Jason Taylor was the complete opposite of what we needed, so should have overruled the CEOs recommendation, which they didn't.
