The club needs to let brooks go.
Far too much media attention every week for any athlete. It’s not fair on the club or brooks himself.
Also after performing the way he has, no other team in any sport would keep him on the field.
A change had to happen along time ago.

throw in guys like Papali'i, Tupou and Feledy on the edges and we'll have some strike as well. not sure how next year plays out but I think 2024 we'll be a top 6 side at minimum providing we keep the key players.

What brooks needs is people like u to get off his back , if he had a decent pack to look after him he would be a different player , people like u don’t seem to have any idea about football

Agreed. Our forwards have been crap being dominated by every other team. I bet that they would be dominated by most KOE forward packs. When this happens don’t expect much from the halves or the backs. Fix that problem first then the rest will fall in place. Pretty obvious for some, not for others. Includes administrators when I say that. For 22 before the year started really didn’t expect us to finish above the bottom 4. Anything other than the bottom 2 would have been a good result based on the cattle that we have. With next years inclusions as as a couple more tough footballers to assist I believe we will make the 8 and then we can build on that for 24.

No idea about football, I agree football is actually soccer. Not Rugby League.

We need some grit champ.

I just texted a bulldog mate, a reasonable dog, and he stated that exact fact coz it is fact. BUT we have to believe the kids coming through will step up. Do it right and it will be right. Payten left Warriors coz they were on the buy. Went to Cowboys to stop the need for Taumalolo. Got shit put on hlm for it then pushed through the kids and then Taumalolo jumps on board and hooray.
Pathways is the right move. We got two good players coming we have a small core of good players. We had a great NOE team last year but to keep them would mean that we couldn't front our kids up against the men in NOE. I wish all the best for the guys who fought hard last year b4 thier dream got pulled from them and are no longer apart of our system. I wish i could name the disposed players. If anyone could can you make a list of that very succesful team. They deserve regconition. By the way on the white wines tonight. DOC SAYS STOP!!!!

I think Simpkin has a great footballer's physique and looks like he will become a top hooker.
There is going to be huge competition for hooker next year so I'm thinking Brown on the bench as a utility may make it hard for others to get a run.
Form in either grade for the remainder of the year might shake up who gets retained. Same goes with Madden
