The good news is that Penrith have rested their entire SOO cohort, so they cannot be named even if they pull thru. Hastings gets to tackle & step The Huth!

LT, the whole panthers reserve grade probably would beat us so no real advantage.

Unfortunately thats the vibe I get about Brooks..
I would be dropping him like he deserves and seeing how AD and Hastings go together.. Madness even playing Brooks when he clearly needs to move on.

I believe Sheens will stick with Brooks for now but (just like with Sheens) if things don’t click he will not be with the club next year.

that leaves the choice of douhie and or Hastings
I think douhie stays for 2024 along with Brooks on reduced money.

I don’t dislike Hastings I just don’t think he’s the answer in attack. He touches the ball more than anyone apart from the hooker and see how many try assist under he’s name. If a quality touches the ball like Hastings I bet you that team wins

I did hear a whisper Sean Russell was offered a shot at fullback if he came over. Has some time to go with Parra and is a junior but they've got a heap of wingers. And fullback money would be nice!
