Possibly it's an opportunity to put some distance between Nofo and the players for the rest of the season. Clearly something is not quite right there.

Wasn't it nofo whining Maguires preseason was too intense and he was running the players into the ground, hopefully he enjoys life in Melbourne and chooses to stay there, maybe Marshall and Sheens are doing some termite removal.

Regarding comments that our centres lack speed, . Can anyone advise me if we have specialist sprint coaches working with the backs ? I know Cook and JAC just to name a couple that have lauded the value of these sessions. Surely this would standard in todays game!

Nofa definitely going to Melbourne for the rest of the year, he is currently in reserve grade based on form, this move is intended to get him some experience while allowing him to play first grade. Will free up cap space as Melbourne will pay him for the rest of the year.

Certainly opens a can worms. I thought injuries were all part of the game and sometimes they stuffed your year. Now you just go to a cellar team and do a deal, just like the Chooks and now the Storm.

Okay you have a player go down in preseason or even the first month of a season their might be justification , but bringing in reinforcements late July makes the game look silly .

Once again we are talking about the NRL, god forbid we can’t have the Storm or the chooks inconvenienced by injuries.

Agree, i just don't understand all this so called lending players?.Please why should we help the storm out, or any club ...really, tough luck to them, we have our own issues to be concerned about so why bother with theirs.JOKE

One thing that the Storm won't put up with is his post try celebrations, as they say it was a team try and the team celebrates together. JAC found out quickly they don't like a player taking the limelight.

What the hell are we up too that’s two forwards and a back we have let go with not one replacement, would be different if we had superstars waiting in the nsw cup , unless there’s a great plan that we don’t know about I am starting to lose faith in sheens already

The Crow was never a speedster but is considered one of the best Kangaroo centres. He could defend well, hit a gap at speed, set up his winger and was aware of his environs. He also kicked goals. Ryan Girdler wasn't a speedster but had exactly the same qualities from the time I first watched him. Our issue is lack of genuine pace on the wings. Staines would go along way to help.

Great news about Nofoaluma on loan to Storm.

Maybe WT want to get rid of Peachy so playing him in NRL gives suiters a chance to see him play.

Great idea though... Hopefully we can farm out a few more.... Laurie and Tamou back to Penrith, Peachey to Raiders, and Brooks to Parra... Should save us another $500k

Maybe that was part of our negotiations that haven't been revealed. You can have Nofa for remainder of this season but you must take him for the rest of his contract. We'll chip in 20%.
