Is Poor Officiating Going To End Up In Court

If everything was revealed in court and it came down to ( IT NEVER WILL )
was Holmes offside from the kick off , my answer would honestly be NO , with a hand on the bible. They all do it and I say not one of them do it deliberately . This shouldn’t be a talking point or issue if we have a real case.
1 more time.
All audio and recordings I believe have time stamps. Tampering with this has a time stamp, foot print. Missing evidence , people go to jail. Anyone found to be involved or connected .
when I say WE want to hear the audio, I mean YOU ME EVERYONE WORLD WIDE. If it goes to court it’s all open cards.

when people question why things are going slowly, I say do you think guilty people can’t what to give you all their evidence in support of you ? Come on please these things take time, out of stubbornness for my love of the WT an injunction would really speed things up, but also stop the game.

It shouldn't be....wrong is wrong. Give us our 2 points which we deserve. That was the best performance the team put on this season they deserve the 2 points..this whole thing is disgusting when the people put in charge of these matches can't get it right.....GIVE US OUR JUSTLY DESERVED 2 POINTS PLEASE !!!!!
Not going to happen, we would have every second game being determined a week after the game had finished. All we can hope for a some good comes out of it, like the bunker is either scrapped or reviewed and Annesley is shown the door.

You'd think that if the NRL had something to hide, they'd do whatever it takes to avoid the matter ending in court. Our chair has already said that if anything was found in the forensic investigation by Wests Tigers, they'd attempt to work things out with the NRL before the matter went further down the legal route.
Very interesting times.
This is the first time I can recall any club seeking proof of match audio so all the outside noise of so-called commentators means zilch - this is uncharted waters.
I'm so happy that our club is trying to get to the bottom of things.
There's been match after match where decisions have seemingly gone against us and without playing the victim card, I believe this will help us find our strength as a club.

believe me this forum , in this case is keeping them honest.
Do you think Vlany and the media aren’t trolling here.
Trial by media these days. Gone are the days of 50 of us protesting up the front of HQ. now millions are protesting online , keep it up , I love you all.
I have a feeling I know what will happen but by saying here, it can only give them ideas.

Annesley offered the Tigers access to the audio way back on Monday. From that I guess he feels that the contents of the tape has nothing to hide from or he can successfully defend the contents.

I just hope that either Lee or Pascoe give us the members and fans a full run down on what transpired before this matter is put to bed And no under the table settlements are reached

Is there only one video referee or two. As they made it 2 a few years ago, is it now 1 or 2. How many people are really to blame here 1 2 or 3.

They play games with your head. What’s the difference between a video ref and the bunker, there is heaps we don’t know, bunker sounds like at least a few, video ref PUPPET is the scape goat

Honestly I see it as a win-win situation. We will more than likely not be able to overturn the decision meaning refs owe us one and we can kick up a storm about it until it evens out. If we are able to overturn (highly unlikely), it will be a massive win for the admin/management of the Wests Tigers.

I think we have a couple more games in us like the Eels/Rabbits/Cowboys. We should be able to avoid the spoon so overall I feel it won't impact us much.

The players need to move on from it though and focus hard on backing up. Gardiner handled it fanstastically.

This was the worst decision I have ever seen in my 50 years of watching Rugby League. It was almost like Klein decided to give the 2 points to NQ, particularly after the Mamaumalo sin binning and the retention of NQ captain's call. The other really bad decision that comes to mind was Tigers v Broncos in 2018, which strangely enough (or not) was refereed by Klein.
This is some of the report on NRL.
https://www.nrl.com/news/2018/03/24...ve-been-fair-result-against-brisbane-broncos/

Wests Tigers back-rower Robbie Rochow, the man at the centre of the controversial referees call to the Brisbane Broncos, says he had no idea at the time he was the player penalised in the 9-7 loss on Friday night and believes both sides deserved a draw result.
The 27-year-old was pinged by referee Ashley Klein for not being square at marker in the dying stages of golden point to gift Broncos rookie Jamayne Isaako a penalty goal from in front and deliver the visitors their second victory of the season.
NRL referees boss Bernard Sutton has since spoken to NRL.com on Saturday, admitting the match officials made the incorrect decision to penalise Rochow.

What made this decision particularly galling was that when Brooks attempted a field goal a minute before, replays showed the Brisbane players were not square and went early. Klein let that go, then gave a penalty to Brisbane when it wasn't a penalty. Sound familiar?

I think there is a case for the Tigers to demand Klein never officiate one of our games in capacity as either on field / off field
Too much history
