A coach has a better understanding and control of a reserve grade team if they were the same team, WT.Well you’re in good company 😜
Sheens tried doing it and was sacked for it. If only it would develop into the subconscious of the board?
What is that .. ??Not while you have morons like this on the board:

That, my friend, is a mediocre ex-musician with ketamine-induced brain rot. And one of the members of our illustrious board. What is that .. ??
Absolutely. If you were on the board what do you think may stop you from implementing this process? It can only be one or both of two things imo. Pride and money, or the lack of one and too much of the other?A coach has a better understanding and control of a reserve grade team if they were the same team, WT.
The coach in the old days would watch reserve grade and say after 60min, "take that guy off and tell him he's on the bench for first grade"
There was a real connect between U23, reserve grade and firsts. The supporters were also able to follow the progress especially on days where all three games were played on the one day. (Those were the days my friend hey)
I hate the fact that games are played all over the place and on different days.
Some reserves these days don't even get to play a game at all.
The "3 grades" were all co-ordinated as far as coaching styles go too...it was a brand.
I'll never be happy unless we have at least 3 grades playing as WT. The rest are feeders in their own districts to nurture their own club spirit in their own areas.
As far as home grounds go LO should be for Balmain Juniors and CS for Western Suburbs.
Weststigers should be seperate to both. It's a pity that this COE couldn't have been a stadium to facilitate this.
One ground for WT.... won't happen in my lifetime I don't think.
What's his name again? That, my friend, is a mediocre ex-musician with ketamine-induced brain rot. And one of the members of our illustrious board.
Dennis BurgessWhat's his name again?
He needs Pascoe's barberDennis Burgess
I think it's because of the fear of losing another brand.Absolutely. If you were on the board what do you think may stop you from implementing this process? It can only be one or both of two things imo. Pride and money, or the lack of one and too much of the other?
Possibly resigned to the fact we are letting Brooks go and we'll have to supplement his salary for another season...one way to lessen the blow for 2023 perhaps?People think its great we let Luciano go cause we saved 100,000 on our salary cap, look at all the injuries tigers have and we're loaning players to other clubs, 4 weeks left for our season and we've got nothing left???
No I reckon it goes like this. Pascoe says to Burgo how do I get on the board and Burgo says make sure the Tigers’s never make the 8 and grow ya hair like mine.He needs Pascoe's barber
Parramatta have the best set up a world class ground and their huge leagues club next doorAs long as it isn’t Leichhardt or Campbelltown I will agree.
Both grounds are myths and certainly give us almost zero advantage.
Don't care which tbh but it should be one, prob Campbelltown because of the future Southwest corridor and the clubs future recruitment, they can play 2 home games a year at the other venue. As long as it isn’t Leichhardt or Campbelltown I will agree.

Yes I did and was a great effort, but in the first try they scored he came out of the line and caused the overlap. Not saying he isn’t solid, just lacking the attacking ability.did u not see the try he saved it was awesome esp after adam just let the guy stroll over
In a perfect world without money , I’m in.Parramatta have the best set up a world class ground and their huge leagues club next door
When we won in 2005 the immediate plan should have been the same a world class ground and a wests tigers leagues club next door
Location somewhere with easy access via all the M1 M2 M5 M7 whatever Financially would have probably needed takeovers of existing clubs and mergers and name changes . We are a merger that never really merged
All this sounds bold and fanciful now but 2006 -2008 maybe not and the result would have been Wests Tigers a Rugby League powerhouse
Would have needed really great management with VISION
Note our big sponsor Harry T is probably this countries biggest builder and with a lot of vision but would have needed a bit more salesmanship than Pascoe visiting a couple of times a year with some free gearIn a perfect world without money , I’m in.

I'm still convinced that this team doesn't do any training.
How do you look this inept in attack?
Granted I've never played at a high level, but I kind of understand trying to create overlaps, and not letting your half hit it up on the last.
Cant argue but I would love to rid us of the old nostalgia and mates matesNone of all that power and wealth has resulted in the eels winning anything.
Souths have zero geographical advantages but have been competent and competitive over the last decade.
The essential ingredient in all of this has been getting the right people on board.
Conversely, we’ve been going under for years because we haven’t been able to secure the right people to make the correct decisions.
And more recently, it seems we are relying on little more than misplaced nostalgia and matey mates for the foreseeable future.
The abandonment of the ongoing formal lie of accountability is at least something. The coming clean that the club is a trough to wet ones snout.
The next time we hear that accountability lecture, we may ask why Tim and Benji got well paid and powerful positions with zero experience in the modern NRL environment.
Another 4 or 5 years of rubbish awaits.
