Those were the days, no fear. Lasted for a while. Now though, I’m scared rain drops might hurt me. Everything seems to hurt these days.

Do you ever remember a bloke doing a belly flop from the 10 m, every time I’d be there this guy had it mastered.

Ahhh . . . Lidcombe pools.
Takes me back to the scrawny 10 yr old kid that finally summoned the courage to jump from top tower.
Take the shortcut in the canals and jump out right next to the front door. Only 20c to get in. Guaranteed sunburn and a slip or 2 on the wet tiles around the pools. None of this non slip safety shit back then.
Then a nice slow walk on the grassed hill to try and catch a few boobie spills out of the bikini's.
Those were the days.

Man I date back to Bankstown swimming pools, back then all the dads were drinking long necks in the shade while supervising the kids from a distance. Ah those days.

Ryde Pool, Balmain Dawn Fraser baths, Drummoyne, Lane Cove and some others.

Back in my old water polo days. Dawn Fraser came with jellyfish

Never went to top except to look but wimped out to the one below, jumped off that. In youre in the clouds up there.

If you did dive and mistimed the arms hands, it was not fun.

I’ve just been watching that mma fighter victor in that defensive street fight. Amazing reflexes.
