At halftime, myself & my mate said these guys will probably shutdown cause they've got the lead. They didn't prove us wrong. They don't have the killer mentality, like the Roosters had on them last week. Other teams don't care if the are in the lead on the Tigers, they just keep scoring. But this team thinks they've won when they get in front, don't need to play for the rest of the game. That's all mental. And it's been like that for years, if not since the joint merger.

Well the good news the Titans are winning, if they win, then the spoon is ours, which this rabble of a team deserves.
 
When Kimmorley was on debut would he have liked being thrown into a game with a few minutes to go?
The decisions kimmorleys been making since his taken over I wonder does he want the team to win or lose?
Everyone has their opinion, mine is madge could've been told round 25 will be your last.

What a very sad and embarrassing year

As I said elsewhere, the Titans will win today because they see something worth fighting for.
Don’t have to play champagne football just minimise errors, kick deep and chase, apply pressure.
All the things we can’t seem to do. Our error count was horrific. In the army they call it self inflicted wounds and in tennis unforced errors.
We completely firgit about that and made every mistake in the book, lost balls, forward passes and even a new one on a goal one dropout.
We may deserve the spoon but at least go down in an organised manner, and make the opposition earn it.

Having just come back from the game - aside from the Pauga/lack of footy IQ - the one thing that stood out was the level of fatigue in our outside backs.

Adam pulled off a sensational try saver, but was then gassed for the next 10 mins in back play. Stafford To'a was sucking in the big ones, and I didn't feel he was heavily involved in the game to be so out of puff.

The resulting defence was noticeably down.

On the flip side, having 2 proper hookers made a big difference in how our middles played on ad line.

I'm also looking forward to the day where the short pass play returns to our attack rather than these brain dead block plays to nothing.

True but I think the real issue is that there isn’t enough genuine first graders to spread across 16 teams let alone 17…… it’s a problem, unless Of course you’re like the rooters who have a stacked KOE team.

agreed, thats another huge issue too. The quality of the product will be diminished.

I recently heard Abdo the main dude that runs the NRL. He says a lot to fill the air. That kind of boss youve worked for in the past that doesnt know shit except for talking a lot in meetings

nah man, tigers were playing alright around round 17. i reckon its too long. players stop giving a shit when they cant make the 8. Like the AFL isnt their season finished? i reckon they're run much better

Do I blame Pauga? No, he was very clearly out of his depth in first grade. Who I am blaming for the game Wests tigers should have won is the Wests tigers interim coach and Wests tigers management. The same coach who had a player poised to play his first time first grade match and had him wait for the last 3 minutes to do so. No wonder this player knocked on the first pass he received. How would his nerves and demeanour be waiting 77 minutes to make his entrance onto the field? Stupid Wests tigers management and interim coaching.!

We need a intellect machine on Entry into the COE and if you cannot reach the normal range you will not be a tiger recruit,Brooks wouldn't make it through the door and many other we have would struggle. Buying athletes with no brains seems to be our Lot. Ps I'm not sure if I would be let in because I follow the team
