Sheens isn’t dumb enough to say to the media what he really thinks. I remember seeing Sheens face after Brooks did something really stupid as usual during one of our games. He couldn’t believe the dumbness from Brooks. The moment we say Brooks is going or if we keep quiet and he signs with Knights the media will be all over it. You can hope Brooks will come good but the honest truth is he won’t. The bloke is a failure. Always has and always will be.

Ok I’ll rephrase worse long term 7. Madden wasn’t gonna take over his spot completely and Hastings currently is the only one that could take over his spot. But he’s been our 7 since 2014 and hasn’t lifted to where he needs to be.

If WT are going to be paying a prop in Klemmer $800k next year, then another couple of hundred thousand extra for a half makes sense.
Trouble is neither of the contracts seem commensurate, especially when together they consume some 20% of our salary cap for 2023.

Although I'm pretty sure some of them are family or friends of him because that's the only explanation for why they display all the symptoms of being dropped on their heads as infants.

Welsby is a class player, very tough and can play right across the backline. Has a very unorthodox playing style but he is very effective. I will let people watch and judge over the course of the WC. Maybe the only english back (aside from Dom Young) who could be successful in the NRL. The other player would be Jonny Lomax who I think would kill it in the NRL. Love watching him play.
My prediction is Gildart to go back to Wigan with either Smithes or Bateman to come over as a trade of sort to offset any transfer fee.
