I hope Sheens is being careful and we don't have both Brooks and Hastings leave with the squad we seem to be building. We need a decent organising half, got plenty of options at 6's.

I think Sheens is a bit like Bennett. Players would want to play for a coach like that as opposed some nut job who is only 10 years older than the playing group and has no creds.
On topic, I don’t think either would be looking to leave if we wanted to keep them.

It's easy to love Hastings. I do too.

Effort is always there, says the right things, and has a cool head on his shoulders.

But he's just not the player that's going to take us where we want to be.

Honestly there's no player I'd be upset about leaving. Just hope we have a plan for better.

Best case scenario

I personally think that might be a bad outcome for us as a club. We finally seem to have a good pack, these players should flourish behind a good pack.
And If you look at them individually, they all have attributes which compliment the team.
Brooks - left foot kicker. Quickest of the lot
AD - strong ball runner with hunger to win
Hastings - Good organiser with probably with the best kicking game
