Breaking: Tigers Tipped to Snare Roosters Star

The news for the Wests Tigers just keeps getting better as they have now been linked to gun Rooster Joseph Sua'ali'i with some sources indicating both parties are very serious about making this move happen.

An anonymous source at the Roosters told The Daily Telegraph that Sua'ali'i's management team have been asking for a commitment from the Roosters since around the State of Origin period that his future with the tri-colours will be wearing the fullback jersey. But with the continued strong form of James Tedesco, and the fact that Joey Manu is a more than capable backup, the Roosters have been unable to make that promise.
I was reading this to my dad and it took me about 10 minutes. I was literally crying. Well done

Worked for several large and small employers over the years, both Govt and corporates and I was never given the right to choose who I would and would not be working with. Same should apply to Jackson. Be surprised if Sheens and Co can't resolve these kind of staffing issues without too much trouble. Most likely just more garbage journalism from the sewer media.

Mate I just call things as I see them. Sometimes I'm right and just as often wrong. But anyone who thinks Sheens is not salty with Hastings over his over sharing of support for Maguire is kidding themselves in my view. I wasn't aware that Bateman and Hastings reportedly don't get along and the lengths Sheens has been prepared to go to bring him here cant be ignored. All movements so far suggest that Hastings is far from being a priority so if I'm him I'd be checking up options elsewhere after a decent year of footy in a rubbish side. That's all.

Hastings should grab any opportunity that comes his way and go
Unless Sheens has a complete personality shift at 70 plus- if you are not one his boys - hence the current coaching team he has assembled - you are not going to get a look in.
The fact that he would persist with a player who wants out pretty much says the writing is on the wall for Hastings under Sheens and any social media swipes will just make it worse. His ego will not tolerate it.
Good post, very insightful.
Just like the old days, Sheens tolerated and didn’t discourage the boys club and their antics!!

I agree.

On a personal level, I hope it all works out for Hastings at a new club.
