If the Moses rumours turn out to be on the money, I hope Doueihi gets some clarity and focuses on the centre position. I think he could be one of the elite centers in the game.

We all agree Doueihi could play centre but reportedly he wants to play 5/8 or fullback to get a better contract. I have no issue with that but it most likely won't be at WTs.

He's our highest paid player and has had my support for nearly 10 years... in which time he has consistently underdelivered.
I seriously doubt he's got anything more to offer as a halfback - hence why he was moved out of that position this year and we're looking at other options into the immediate future.
I have no problems with him playing anywhere except at halfback where he is a very poor decision maker.
He went ok playing as a five eighth where he didn't need to think as much.
That's his spot.
We need a real halfback.

Reality is Brokks is here Hastings is not, Newcastle number 7 jerseys that way.
For 2023 he is the best option at 7 for Tigers, 2024 hopefully we get Moses.
Douhie is not the answer at 6 in 2024 for the club, not saying he may not be the answer at centre or lock but he has an issue with defence. Long term 2024 Brooks is the answer at 6 for the Tigers.

Doueihi is statistically a better 5/8 than Brooks.... he has more attacking output & is on half his salary
