Just caught up with a mate who is a mad Eels fan for a few ales. Like everyone he knows someone and his take on it is

That MM is happy with the dollars that the slippery pricks are offering but not the length of the deal, 3yrs and a 4th in the clubs favour. He wants 4yr with no options but apparently like every other side the Eels have a gun halfback coming through the ranks.
He also thinks if MM doesn't get the option removed then he is gone.

He usually gets an option in his favour anyway.

You'd think wouldn't be an issue considering the contract they offered d brown. Unless they have favourites.

where does that get us if we withdraw the offer, if he chooses to stay with Parra then everyone knows we missed out on him regardless if we withdraw the offer so it doesn't really matter.

I heard you all missed me, so Im back!!!

I think the Bulldogs will make a play for that Eels youngster. Apparently talented and if Moses resigns theyl go for him.
