Both my neighbours are a pack of dogs. Not friendly, really loud in the backyard really late at night when you want to hit the sack and really inconsiderate in general. Besides playing really loud music, what's a good way to annoy them?

Bags of old prawns in the gutters ...stinks like all buggery in summer in a short amount of time

If they have a pool catch a dirty old catfish and toss it in while they are away lol
