Having a half that has been with the club for only a couple of weeks, didn’t help.
I just don’t get taking a load of kids to NZ helps anyone on the team. The result was not great and doesn’t help with our confidence going into the season.
So what are we playing 3 games in NZ this year, why in hell are we helping them out?? We are the wooden spooners we need all the help we can get!
Damaging the confidence of all these young kids helps nobody. Waist of time and effort.

Agree 100%. That should have been our top side.

That's exactly what I said yesterday, build confidence with your best team in trual 1 and then have more time to work on issues and combos. You put your best side out there in game 1 and then you say we need to strengthen our depth in a certain area so in trial 2 you address that. Confidence needs to build, how are the players feeling right now 🤔

I would have love to have given feledy points but not enough chances/action

3. Stefano
2. Pole
1. Seyfarth
Totally agree, Stef looked strong , Seyforth tried hard ( except for that bad pass) and Pole is a tough ombré.
Warriors looked sharp, looked like they have been working on their speed, and sidesteps. Now where did that Webster come from 🤣
Same boat as Ben Gardner, but too early to form opinions.
Let’s see how the big guys go next time.

Interesting you put Staines in, he tried hard and really didn't disappoint in an average side. I would have liked have seen the dressing room at half time to see who was doing the talking
I wouldn't. He tried but if he is our fullback then we are in trouble. Depth player I'm ok with.

Ive watched it 1½ times again and Seyfarth tried hard.
That terrible pass that we're condemning, have a look at the backs havind a sleep when that ball went to ground, back in 05 everone was aware of the unexpected.

Do you think of you win the grand final you get to play all games at home? If I was the coach I'd definitely take them to an away game to give them a dose of reality. Professional footy is hard work suck it up and get into it.

Why are we helping them out? They moved over here for two years. Kept this comp afloat while being away from family and home. We should be taking games over there all the time.

Agree. Actually most of the clubs said they would help but it seems we were the only ones who did anything.
Kudos to the Tigers and I hope their commitment to what the Warriors went through, comes back to us in spades.

And on a positive note, I thought the referee handled the game very well tonight. She was clear, direct and on the ball.
Well done Belinda.
Now let’s see how Casey Stoner goes in her game. We may well have 2 ladies in the ranks this year.

I agree, she was okay & let the game
flow relatively well. I did notice she
miscounted the tackle count twice though

Next up for Wests Tigers is the team's final trial match against Canberra Raiders at Belmore Sports Ground on Sunday.
Apart from our top team and omissions due injuries, are there any players who we think deserve another chance to prove themselves to cover NRL injuries?

Yeh, someone said she was crap, I agree that she did well.
