We are just giving the Eels a few more months to find more money to keep him. We are just a backup plan for him unfortunately.Has Moses signed yet?!

lock this in please. It's a team game and yes the spine is important. However some of those spines look good with the exception of the 9 - the key player in the team.
Having Api alone, running our new look forward pack from dummy half, hopefully will make up for some of the deficiencies that are in our current spine. Until then, we can only imagine...
1. Welsby
6. Brooks
7. Moses
9. Api
I reckon they'll end up not having to pay LL. He'll get the sack soonJT = 1.0
JM = 800
LL + 750
OUCH!!
Main issue for us is depth.Reading those spines makes me change my opinion on our spine. Yeah ours is terrible but so are plenty of other teams.
Can't argue with that, and the coaching has yet to be rated. FB is still up in the air with Laurie, Stains and eventually Bula. I still think Stains could do well, but many don't. The fact they chased Moses so hard shows they doubt the halves can do the job. Good ones are as rare as undoctered skin in hollywood. With all that i think with the better forwards and Api around the ruck they will go much better. Still need at least 5 new class players for 1 to 7 .I agree with you to a point. The problem is people are talking up Sheens, Benji etc as being great coaches and we've signed so well and Madge was the problem.
The reality is we have one of the worst spines in the comp. Our fullback played one cracker last season but hasn't been great. Brooks is maligned because he is an average player. Doueihi is a forger at this point in his career. He looks great in a couple of games for part of those games but overall he is ordinary. We've actually improved the team this season as well.
Very good point Bob, yes when the forum jumped up and down we were told it had nothing to do with any injury to Brooks. Is it the same injury the reporters were talking about when it was leaked by Diane Laurie and the tigers said it was fake news?
I'll take him back tomorrow.I reckon they'll end up not having to pay LL. He'll get the sack soon
Especially as Brooks seems to be perpetually injured, in some form or another.Main issue for us is depth.
Most other teams have serviceable back up halves.
We do not.
We should be fine as long as Brooks and AD click...and have no injuries.
If either fails to fire or gets hurt...we will have major issues.
I’m hopeful he improves with trading and game time but he’s going to have to improve a lot to be an acceptable back up.Don’t be shocked if Wakeman goes ok this game , if our forwards can match the raiders which I think we can this could give wakeman and Simpkins a bit of time and space , I think he will go ok , just a feeling I got , I would not right any player off just yet as poor , give them a few games
Training not trading, we don’t want any car park deals.I’m hopeful he improves with trading and game time but he’s going to have to improve a lot to be an acceptable back up.
Man, that looks great!-- If only. It's a team game and yes the spine is important. However some of those spines look good with the exception of the 9 - the key player in the team.
