We have zero centre prospects in our top 3 grades. Nothing but a bunch of plodders. We can't rely on sg ball kids coming through and immediately killing it. We need depth, the kid has quality. if talau and kepaoa can get re-signed on nrl contracts then this kid could get a train and trial, and if he gets injured he gets cut...

We couldn’t do much worse atm in the centers and need to find something soon.

Too be fair, I agree with him on Bateman and Api, Api 100% should have started last week, and if Bateman is fit as Tim reckons, he should be in the team.
The Bulldogs stuff is true, they don't like to upset Gus for some reason, the Dogs were just as worthy as us to be blasted in the media, but they aren't, and I would guess it is because of Gus

Each to there own, api not playing any football before that game. He’s also not an 80 minute player, so bringing him on after the sting is out of the game is not a bad idea. But sheens should of brought him on after the first try was scored against us. After the second it was to late. Have to move with the game.

Could be a squeeze at the Roosters in the number 1 position. Reading between the lines, they look to be targeting keeping Suaalii to be their long term fullback and might not be offering Teddy any contract beyond 24. He is pushing for an extension.

Is it worth offering him 4 years on the assumption he comes this year? Roosters might be willing to let him go straight away to appease Suaalii and it gets Teddy another 2 years on his existing deal to probably see him out with his career.

Not sure whether the Tiges have identified an internal gun prospect though and don’t want to block their path? Bula maybe with Dane filling the breach until he / another is ready?

I was thinking about the last junior player/s we had that really excited me and I couldn't wait until game day to watch them play. For me it was Benji and Farah and they just made me excited to watch them, but I have not seen anyone that excites me like that since.
This is no disrespect to Stefo, Bloar, AD, etc etc... but do we have a top line player like this coming through that everyone will be excited about or de we need to find that player from another junior system.

Tiger's should do what Wayne Bennett has done, ( katoa ) go to the strongest junior club and make a offer to a young champion 7 who has no chance of playing nrl cause of great players already in the top team for a fraction of the price before bulldog's sign them, ( volkman 20 yo? the parra junior Saunders? )

Nowhere to be seen in state cup...and not a word from the club.

One of the only NRL players not included in Raiders trial.

Hopefully they are trying to offload him back to Union and free up an NRL spot for James?

Josh Feledy is also a fine centre prospect. He has been single handedly changing games from what I have seen.
