I’m trying to work out if your a supporter of Cavanagh or if your against against Leo and Pascoe. maybe both.

but you would have to agree cavanagh is in the wrong by airing dirty laundry in front of sponsors which is the matter at hand.

not saying that Leo and Pascoe have been great but this is not what this about.

the argument can’t be that Pascoe and Leo have done a shit job so cavanagh gets a pass. Not having a dig just trying to understand where you stand.
 
So, how did the hearing go?
Did Cavanagh pull his head in? Was it confirmed that he was unfit and improper?
Did he offend anyone else? Did Pascoe and Hagipantelis commit to accepting responsibility for their performances in the execution of their individual areas of responsibilities and tasks?
Or did they all have a St Henri and agree to stay in their own back yard?
Anyone know what happened?

The four Wests Ashfield appointed directors voted to take disciplinary action, the other two member-elected Wests Magpies board members backed Cavanagh. Wests Ashfield have the power and control and thus Cavanagh is expected to be removed as Chairman and have his membership cancelled.

It’s more apparent now that Cavanagh’s actions were born of frustration and hopelessness. A last hurrah.
I had no idea.

I think this article puts in perspective where i stand. The club is run by a group of faceless men who are accountable to no one. I have already said i think what Cavanagh did was wrong but also that Lee H went outside of his powers by demanding WSDRLFC take action against a member elected official. Did you or any other member get a vote on whether Lee should be on the board of WT. No you didn't and nor will members ever get vote on electing who they would like to see on the board. Did Balmain members get a vote on who they wanted to represent them on the WT board - nope. Same with Wests Magpies. The whole governance of WT is a sham.

I think it’s time to consider undoing the merger.
The NRL has forced some change to the board and provided $4m to support the cost of change, but isn’t it too little too late?
It’s time for WA to sell Tigers to Harry or someone who has a one team, one home ground, one purpose, all for one and one for all philosophy.
There’s your 18th club.

There is no way Balmain OR the magpies will appear in the NRL again,so it completely ridiculous to try build a scenario it could happen in.WT will either thrive or die there is no other option

So there’s no hope of us being a head to tail professionally managed organisation?
That’s not sitting well with me 😩
I was hoping we could at least play finals during the next 3 years.
I never could understand until now how Tigers could have so many fans come back to support the club when they’re winning, and how people would criticise them for not staying strong during the hard times.
It’s obvious isn’t it? Our hard times are self inflicted. Our media criticism is well founded.
And our supporters are tired of supporting an immature organisational leadership group which is full of its own self importance and only rising in unison when an elected member questions the status quo.
Cavanagh had a relative point. It’s sad that some took it personally and became defensive.

Of course there is. It'll be a professionally managed joint venture. I'm also extremely skeptical on how you judge a professionally managed sporting team. Is it just down to wins ? I think the Rorters would be considered professionally managed but to me they are completely unprofessional.

My response was you to making the statement about demerging the club.It will never happen so it is pointless to even raise it.Certainly our club needs to lift its game massively and the sooner the better.WT are the club and will continue to be the club going forward,i would certainly love to see the day when we are not held back by idiots on the board and our decision makers actually acted like they wanted us to be a success.
We are ran by clowns
