Mitchell Moses #175

Word is that Brooks will go to England to play next year. I always thought Super league would suit him better. Apparently Brodie Croft has been killing it over there, so there Brooksie may yet find some success.
I’ve thought the same thing for ages, would be good to see him dominate and enjoy his footy again like a young bloke, he hasn’t had that much in his NRL career

So going off the latest article from the Fox dribblers it MM Agent that is trying to get Rooster involved in signing MM. If that's the case it sounds to me that he is just holding out for a big club to come knocking and stringing both eels and us along.
The question is - When do we go to his Manager and give a deadline ?? I know some say it doesn't hurt to have it there while we work on plan B etc. as this will make sure the Eels pay top dollar.

BUT when do we say enough is enough and we are not been used anymore as this is what is happening otherwise he would of signed by now.

I kind of want us to do this and see him lose a lot of money due to been greedy.

We leave our offer on the table until MM signs or we have a definite plan B ready to sign on the dotted line. Otherwise we leave ourselves open to more bad PR i.e. Moses was about to sign with the Tigers however the Club pulled its offer. The journos would probably create that headline even if not true however they can't if we always leave our offer open.

Only when we have a decent plan B like George Williams, Jonah Pezet or even Mitchell Pearce/Aidan Sezer for 2 years, do we pull the offer.

Who cares about Brooks. Couldn't finish off a ice cream let alone a football game. If Moses did come then we need a.new 5/8th.

I don't want Moses though to be honest. Overrated for that price. If it was 900k might be different.
Gonnna screw our cap for years signing him on a big money long term contract.
