Why wouldn’t sheens have just told hastings he’ll let him and brooks duke it out to see who the half back would be…. Rather than tell him “you’re not playing halfback you’re a lock”! ….

Doesent sound like they are replacing gutho more looking for a bench fullback to bring a bit of spark and then if injuries/hia move Gutho around as he can cover lots of spots.

Wouldn't shock me to see a swap of Laurie to Eels and Waqa Blake mayby come our way given we let Maumalo go.

Even if we picked up Gutho at fullback, we would still have problems without a decent organising half.

We should be looking at Jake Arthur. He has a great kicking game and scored 2 tries in the grand final. He will want out of parra now that Mitchell and Dylan are signed. He has a very good footy brain. We could do a lot worse and will come very cheap

I have met Justin on probably 6 occasions.

I think he thought I would put in money or help the club… that’s going back since teddy and the others left.

I was a big moses fan… he and Kelly Egan took me to lunch and told me Luke Brooks was better and that Mitch was a loose cannon.

I also got the club to extend Stef and emailed Justin then.

Justin won’t respond any more whilst I am hammering him. What’s he going to say?

I just can’t be bothered being nice because he won’t think there’s a problem if all fans are nice to him.

Generally people will always be nice to your face and behind your back say how rubbish you are.

I think it’s best he hears the truth.

He knows I’ll go mental if they resign brooks. Will he care about me? Probably not.

Could I use my mates in the media to discredit him and Lee - yes… but it’d take up a lot of my time and once I start I’d have to go through with it which would be ongoing for months.

Not sure I can be bothered unless like 1000 core fans wanted to get behind me so I’m not walking the plank alone

leave the team to Benji and Robbie as I don’t think we will get near the top 8 this year but will give him time to put a line through a few duds and test some players in different positions like AD ( Centre or Fullback etc ) Benji should be on the phone to RTS , put it to him to come join the challenge of lifting a team from last to top 8 , come this year and 2 more years , this would sort out fullback , then leave Sheens to grab a centre and a Half .
