I don’t care which one we sign, just sign one. Please. all either off contract or stuck behind players at other teams. any one of them would be an improvement.

Volkman for me, the trial a few years ago as a rooster sealed it. It was a reserve grade roosters side against our top team and we never got a look in. He just directed the play so well and always seemed in control. Paired with a good running six could do wonders.

Sure you could! We want you to pay 500k of brooks salary next year. We want that money paid in two installments this year and next. These amounts are to come out of your cap space.

It has nothing to do with brooksies previous contract. Nothing to do with him at all really. It would of been about balancing their salary cap.

One thing I will never understand is Nofa gets dropped without much fuss, for what, having a big head, Brooks has never been dropped for mistakes galore bad play, but since his rise to first grade, I dont recollect him ever being dropped when in all the teams Brooks is the one player deserving of a stint in reserves.
He should be given an award for player most helpfull to opposing teams when playing the West Tigers.

Not sure but I think eggshells followed after a couple others dropped aswell

I mentioned to a few parra mates about their junior halfback Ethan Sanders now they have long term contracts with brown and moses, they don't rate Sanders, he's crap ???

Ethan Sanders is at least two seasons away from first grade, and has a massive question mark over him. We need a proven halfback like what the cowboys did with Townsend.

Its clear we made the wrong choice. Hastings under this forward pack would’ve gotten us at least 2 wins. Hastings isn’t the greatest half to play the game, but he does have the ability to organise the team.

We also made that move thinking that Brooks would finally do his job and be good. Well the forwards are doing their job but Brooks is still failing to do his. We still could have landed Klemmer if we gave them Brooks. Bateman 50/50 if the talk of him and Hastings don’t get along is true.
