They are not starters. They are benchies that require management as they are still learning.

Agreed - but unfortunately there are players at other clubs who are just as young and are successfully stepping up at the NRL level. My point goes more to the question of why aren’t our guys stepping up?

To put into the context, how many players fought to sign for our previous coach, and he reigned for three years? And he came with a promise of "premiership winning coach"! 🤔
At least Sheens started, as he should, with the foundation - forwards.

If our ex-coach is he still with us, he would endlessly permutate the same mediocre players, e.g. Tamou, Packer, Eisenhuth, Seyfarth etc.

At least our ex coach would know how to use a decent pack effectively,i can't say the same for the current one

Our pathways have always been hit and miss until recently.
Now there is some sort of program underway, I guess we can expect more of them to transition smoothly.
