To compete in the NRL and we do. Most professional organizations would have some idea about professional behavior as well. To me that would mean not cheating etc but the league we are in that is rife.

It's not so simple.

To compete in the NRL? So based on that you would say we’re an outstanding success?
And accordingly there’s no further room for improvement? Is that right?
 
So the plot thickens on the Shannon Cavanagh debacle - his position and membership of Wests Magpies has been suspended. Some of the reason for his whinge to Pascoe have also come to light and its pretty much about the governance or lack of by the Wests Tigers. He alleges WT have "fibbed" to ASIC about the appointment of a Wests Magpies rep on the WT board. Apparently ASIC were notified of the appointment after a vote by the Wests Magpies board in 2021 - only problem is there was no board meeting and no vote took place. He also questioned how Danny Stapleton remains on the board as the member elected representative of Balmain when Balmain have not had an AGM since 2018 and Stapleton's 2 year term has long passed.

Thanks. Interesting. Not sure what is going on, but if he has a case surely WT / Magpies can provide the dates and attendees to the various meetings Cavanagh said didnt happen and who decision makers were. Hoping it is just sh*t stirring but who knows as there does seem to be a potential issue there.
