TEAM LIST Round 6 vs. Eels

Team List
I'm more excited to see how our NSW Cup team lines up this round. Hoping Bula is back at fullback, Tumeth & Mansfield in backrow, Matamua at lock, James & Seyfath at prop (Fainu & Tuki rotation), Wakeham & Laurie in the halves, Reilly & Talau in the centres, Jordan Hill & Ogden/Scolari on the wings, Rua at hooker (Will Smith utility).

That team would give our Top 17 a run for their money.
Would love to see a first grade vs seconds Thursday game for spots in the top team… an old probables vs possibles match up…

Our only real hope is to take out Moses and Brown within the first five mins of the game.
At the very least hit Moses so hard and so often that he is too scared to take the ball.
I'd do that myself for free!!

How is a 6 foot 2 108kg guy be on the wing. Hes ok at centre if he at least. Learns not to run up in defence..way to slow for a winger.

Sheens is looking for more go forward from our wings. Tupou and Asu to provide the 1, 2 punch coming out of our end with Naden and Toa following it up with more leg speed.

Hoping to gain momentum through our outside men which will give our forwards more energy in our attacking positions and defence.

Last week's #1 fullback,
This week's starting 5/8

🤷
There were shills on here early last week stating Sheens had decided AD was our fullback during the offseason but started him at 6 due to Doueihi’s instance he was a 5/8th. They said it was an obvious decision to play him at 1 as that was the plan all along.

Guess that’s now all out the window after just 2 weeks lol…..morons.

Classic Tigers. Kepaoa on the wing is braindead. Asu has been killing it at back row and centre, so shaft him to the wing.

It's all just guesswork.
Well actually by that argument, why not try him at winger?

If he's been killing it at backrow and centre, and it appears Sheens has truly unlocked something in AJ, why would he not also be capable of killing it on the wing?

I suspect it has a lot to do with the early-tackle runs. Junior T has been good, Staines has tried but is a little slight; I expect Sheens wants some power in early hitups.

I don't know how quickly you seem to forget that AJ debuted on the wing for Tigers (played 14 games there to date for us) and he came to Tigers from Roosters as a winger, playing wing for Norths in the 2019 reserve grade campaign (Bears knocked out in the semis).
