Wests lead 14-10 at half time.
Laurie hasn’t looked out of place in the halves.
Idk, still looks lazy to me.

Seyfarth doesn’t have enough power to be a regular first grade middle for mine.Out playing blore.
Seyfarth unlucky not to be in first grade.
Best on field.

Yeah gets himself in the right areas and works hard. Just doesn’t seem to be able to win the initial contact with or without the ball often enough.I know what you mean pity he can't add that bit of power. Very fit and good defender.
One of the reasons he’s in reggies I’d say.Idk, still looks lazy to me.
Thanks for the link.Don't forget you can watch the match on the NSWRL Facebook page

100% agree on that.Saukuru can be turned into an Olam with a bit of polish
Laurie's defence surprised me. I always thought he would struggle in the front line but he was strong and willing. May be different with proper first graders running at him all game.Good win by the Magpies. In the forwards Mansfield was good, Matamua won't be long before he is a nrl regular, Seyfarth is all effort all the time.
Laurie showed a lot in his first game at 5/8. Heavily involved, defended well, made a good break through the last pass for a couple of tries, moved the ball quickly and was always talking - needs some more time in the position but I liked it more then I thought I would. Nofa was busy and ran hard and worked hard which was great to see. Sakuru is a big lad and dangerous with the ball but needs to be fitter - reminds me of Talakai but struggles in defence because he isn't fit enough. The rest meh
He's probably a prop rather than a second rowerI think Blore has a good future as an NRL top 17 regular, but he’s a bit one dimensional, would be nice to see him add a jink or a step when he runs the ball.
Nice try he just scored off a Laurie short ball.
On a side note young Manly centre Fletcher Myers looks to have some talent, maybe try an immediate swap him for Talau ?
