Talau should have been swapped for JAC, continually upgrade to make the team better.
Nofo will never play regular first grade again and is another junior ruining his career coz he thinks the club owes him.
He will probably end up a reserve grader at a good club as experienced cover during origin.
He needs to pull his head in, get back to basics like run hard and STRAIGHT, and for the first time in his career needs to work on and fix his flaws like the good players do. I cannot see him doing that here so he needs to go.

When that kick went up with 8 to go...Talau had multiple choices as a fresh sub.

1. Hurry back behind his winger in case he needed to help his teammate to not be shoved in goals after catching.

2. Hurry back in case his winger dropped it. Be ready to dive on any loose ball.

3. Look up and do nothing. Take the play off.

Naturally, Talau took option 3.

This despite barely playing and should have been full of energy.

Storm players make those extra efforts. Ours do not even think about doing it. Talau is an 'athlete', he is definitely not a footy player with any real IQ.

Agree. TT just stops. He started running his line for the ball but then for whatever reason stops. If he kept his line and takes even just another few meters Saab doesn’t get a catch at the ball.

I want Nofa to have a dig and get some form and be back in the nrl. He is eating a chunk of cap space and no one will trade for him. If he gets some form back guess the plan would be him on the wing and move Tupou to center.

Sheens last few pressers has mentioned he can play center so Tupou at center it’s clearly a thought process.

I am honestly angry at Talau.
I don't think he is the solution at Centre, I do think we should move on and hunt an experienced centre with Good defence. Yet for the loyality our club has shown Talau when he was injured for several years he goes and does this.

Tommy be gone.

I'm with you, but as usual when someone leaves us he'll likely turn into a worldbeater.

My preference is offload him at whatever cost and cut our losses. If we are very lucky an ESL side will take him on reasonable coin.

He played KOE on the weekend. As expected there was a whole lot of sulking and finger pointing, not much playing.

If he works hard and performs then have no issue him getting called up. But he shouldn’t be promoted just because of his contract status (unless we have no one else on the roster to play).

How many players have we had over the years that were "flipper hands," or had "hands like feet."

I'm beginning to think that the stuff they spray on their hands isn't grip spray but possible cooking oil or teflon or something similar.

Some have said that Noffo sorted some of his defensive issues when he was at Melbourne.

No reason he can't continue that here, as long as he has Olam next to him.
