LIVE GAME Round 9 vs Panthers

Live Game Discussion
Two things are true
- we won the game and beat the premiers
- we were clearly the better team .We had more run meters , more tackle breaks ,more line breaks and way less errors
In fact we had 90 % completion in continuous pouring rain
Most of all I liked the desperation with last ditch efforts by Nofa and Bula stopping Penrith tries

How goods waking up with that winning feeling! Well deserved could have beat Parra and Manly the previous weeks. Api brings on the forwards, who wouldnt want to play behind this pack? This year is a write off but good times are just around the corner
Not sure it is a write off yet, as plenty of footy to be played.

I still am trying to understand what this feeling is that I have after the game… Happiness?????

My mum is nearly 80. She doesn’t attend games anymore as she is getting frail. She watches every game all decked out in her Tigers gear. She actually had some tears of pride at full time. Thats what our nut job club does to us. We are a basket case but its our basket case and moments like last night reminds us why I and you guys are so passionate about our basket case. To everyone on this forum enjoy today. We have earned the right to feel good about being a Tiger. So proud of that effort.

Does anyone know if there was a full moon out last night? With all the rain in NSW, I couldn't tell. Cause there was something very strange that I haven't been used to with this team. The ball bouncing our way, only 2 mistakes (seriously, let that 1 sink in!), winning a challenge early, 2 40/20's! I'm not a religious person, but the footy gods were in our favour last night.

I can't remember a better wet weather performance.
The boys played for each other, somehow had wonderful ball handling for the conditions, and had real old-fashioned ticker - right down to the bell.
Sure, there were stand-out moments, but more than even that, we played as a team.
One for all and all for one.
