He played one game while at the the Tigers. Came off the bench and had a complete head-shaking shocker. And hasn’t been picked again.

On the weekend we had the least depth in our backline play when in attacking zones and on multiple times had large overlaps on the edges by a large distance.

All other NRL teams had between 18-25mtrs depth from ball played position to the distant winger. We often are within 5-12mtrs & very flat.

More often that not our defensive 10mtr line from the ruck had more depth than our attacking formations.

This is huge as it gives us zero chance to actually use the ball with and deception, speed and power. It forces our ball movement to be pass the parcel style and allows teams to defend with ease whilst limiting our kicking options close to the line as well.

Our passing is crap.... It goes above and behind the recipient who has to stop to catch which defeats the purpose

I think it was the Canberra game.... Spider cam really showed just how deep their backs were in attacking formation
 
Just rewatched carefully tigers game as I record all their games and noticed
We are up 14-4 and Wakeham kicks a 40/20 really a 40 /10 and what happens from 10m out Offa burns 1st tackle meekly Twal burns 2nd ,Api trys a spin around for 3rd and he's now got perfect set up 4 on 3 out to right ball goes to offa whos looks right and doesn't pass and does an insipid hit up instead . Forwards desperate for glory are stifling our attack

Have noticed they have been using Joffa in some set moves in the attacking zone - run arounds - and he looks out of his depth - really clunky. Not sure how long they will persist with it.

Yes, Joffa and Twal were involved in scoring our winning try against the Riff.

Simpkin run around with Twal to Joffa to Bula; lovely little pass to Nofo who goes over in the corner. That was a nice little move.

Is that the same set where Twal was tackled and one their blokes was laying around in the play the getting a sun tan and Api has to spin around and gets tackled right in the same spot wasting two tackles? The refs are shite everyone of them I have to question do they even practice this shite they dish up.

A couple of years ago they stopped putting the onus onto the defender to clear the ruck and now the defenders just do what ever they want to inhibit the dummy half and nothing gets done coz they go from one end to the other without any common sense.

Anyway we got shafted on that play and it (the referee) turn the momentum.
I hate refs, and my pop and uncle were first grade referees. My pop is a legend of the referees world and I hate refs.

Wakeham should have been awarded the try that Api was denied. A ball that was propelled backwards towards the try line by Sloane, still rolling that direction and touched by the backwards facing palm of Koroisau.

Physically impossible to be knocked on, yet a try was denied.

Sadly, no ref/bunker decision that goes against the WT can surprise me, they made so many of them it is not funny!😡

This was something I really took notice of during magic round. We are miles behind on this.

Roosters sucked also but that was a blip for them & they had to play in the wet.

Makes you wonder with how bad our passing is what exactly was this 200 passes a day crap being sprouted at the start of the year.
 
Have been impressed with Twal the last few weeks, he is really making a decent dent in the line when he carries. seems he has been eating his weetbix.
