It would surprise me if he gets released for next season the way Manly are playing without him.

The comp really highlights a shortage of attacking punch style halves currently.

He's already stated (indirectly) that if he moves he wants to win a premiership. He's been on a million bucks a year for a while now, he wants to win, not take the cash. All we have to offer is $$. Maybe if we offered him 1.2-1.3 million he may consider us if no winners were taking an interest, but i imagine a club like the Roosters would be all over him and get him for 600k.

Seriously the roosters are a bunch of overrated players who don’t play well together and likely right on the cap.
It’s time to stop giving them more respect then their dues and that should start here on our forum. Why would we hope players look to come here if our own fans don’t rate us. We have a lot going for us and it’s time to get on board . The roosters can jam it, hope the dragons beat them this week and we can watch them turn on their coach and eat each other.

Bula is a great young talent, but he has not mastered ball playing or even drawing and passing at pace just yet.
Fullbacks are vital in the attacking play and points scored for every NRL team, when we are scoring limited or zero points, our fullback is as much to blame as anyone else.
I really think Bula should be eased in to NRL as a winger, maybe initially use him as a fullback in defence, but as a winger in attack, swapping with Daine Laurie, moving Nofa or Tupou into the centres.
