agree the club has done well in removing the dead wood and strengthen the forward pack And its time to focus on the halves. But if we were able to offer Moses 1.4mill we must already have unused salary cap cash. Do we need to free up more? Maybe if there is a big play for some halves. If not.. i dont get it, unless its the time to sell re demand.A lot of people knocking the club and saying if we let Joe O go we will get nothing as we are shit at recruitment.
These people need to go over all transactions the last 12-18 months as they have done an excellent job and basically most that have gone were dead wood and right decisions.
They have fixed our forward pack in this time which I would say most would agree with.
I have full faith in them doing this to the halves / backs over the next 12 months.
We have not signed 1 top line player that has disappointed like in the past with Packer, Mbye, Reynolds etc.. We have also not paid overs like the past considering where we currently sit.
Look at the Dogs and their recruitment by overpaying and IMO will fall on their faces in a few years.
We have found our FB in Bula (he will make mistakes as well but very encouraging), Hooker is settled with some talented junior ones coming through and all we really need is halves and centre to be a very good team.
I've said it before, but we are an NFL team with no Quarterback and it shows.
I will trust the process as we are on the way up so ENJOY the ride folks
