Wakeham - 3 errors, a penalty, some horrible kicks and was so slow getting back for their try.

Talau - 4 errors and 6 missed tackles.

Add losing Api early

Our forwards dropped 1 ball all night between them all night. Our props to give them credit made 88 tackles for 3 misses (Stef) and no erros but we're let down by those 2 in the backline

The Tigers forwards of 2023 is something else, It would be 0-12 without that pack this year. Feel for them to be only 3 wins from the platform they set each week, they deserve better from the halves and backs.
 
Hard to compete when you lose 2 spine players but yeah...

We still look a few short of a top 8 team.
Hopefully some changes to improve is for 2024.

Yep they look pretty depressed to me.
That said, I wouldn’t claim the whole pack have been good, at least not at the same time. As a collective they’ve been beaten a couple of times this year including tonight.

I think the frustration is/has set in. It was only a matter of time. The older experienced guys brought in have now been at the Tigers half a season, long enough for the classic Tigers culture to set in and choke the life out of them.

Im afraid demps next year its just rinse and repeat, obviously the halves are the glaring issue. We have no one to come onboard next year. The backs are in a similar position. Next years team will be 90% of this current years squad.
 
Blore knockers here are quick to judge one error fair enough but 7 carries with ball not going left to often 65 metres 30 post contact 3 offloads 28 tackles 1 missed there were alot worse than him out there needs a few game's in grade to build consistency hasn't played grade for 7 week's thought his hit out was acceptable

Replacing Talau and Blore should be a good thing, hopefully solid upgrades are incoming.

Halves is obviously no easy fix...

He was ok. Like you said, he needs more time in his legs.

Bateman missed 8 tackles plus 2 ineffective and didn’t cover 100m. He was targeted and taken out basically.

i think he did well in attack but his defense is rubbish
i really hope sheens changes our style we cant play this style of football with simpkin in the 9
we need to attack and throw the ball around
