You play blore in the middle I reckon he runs 100 plus metres evryweek and wouldn't miss 8 tackles runs hard and bends the line just saw he had quickest play the ball speed of any forward which would help the ruck and API or whoever will be at 9

I reckon we just scrap the players who won't be here next year....

Yeah and play players like Brooks ice Bateman Simpkin and I'll mention talau who between them missed 31 tackles teams don't miss that many tackles in a game let alone 5 players great future were building

I’m worried about young DaSilva getting that much exposure but I’m sure they will use him a bit as well.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. He has had bugger all game time and was caught out a couple of times with his shoulders in and forward of the defensive line. A relatively easy fix with some game time under his belt.

I don't have too many concerns with Jake - he is not Api but I think he will hold his own.

My concern is how we fill the 6/7. If we keep Wakeham playing 7, and trust that is is worst game of the season, the 6 becomes the key to our next few weeks. I expect the options are: Laurie, Reilly or Toa at 6 or Smith at 7 and Wakeham at 6.

None of the combinations really excite me but Toa did show some flair there tonight. Nothing in his history suggests he is a 6, but if he could bring what he did to Val Homes maybe he could become a great find. FG is not usually the arena to experiment but with our lack of depth is he a better option than those we have been playing in Cup.

Talau was so bad how he gets picked in front of Naden is a mystery, Wakeham had a poor game but has been decent of late. With these injuries we’ll do well to win another 2 or 3 games for the rest of the season another spoon incoming.

To wait patiently but with anticipation for a week since our last game, to be dished up this crap AGAIN is really disappointing 😢.
Tim, Benji and Robbie have a real job on their hands to put anything more than a rabble on the field if Api and Brooks are out for any more than a couple of weeks.
Thank goodness Bateman was able to put a bit of enthusiasm into the players in the 2nd half after he had a go at Tino.

Interesting that Brooks couldn't risk being shown up as a pretender with Api out to organise the side so he does his hammy instead.
I reckon there wouldn't have been a chance in hell Brooks could have kept his form up, and then then his form had been extremely hot and cold. We've sucked for most of the season a few 10-15 spells isn't enough

i'm hopeing Camroux plays well sunday and gets a run next week we need something different

sheens should of saw the warning signs last week
we had a good spell when it was 13 vs 12 the rest of the game we didn't look like scoring

Guess Jake will finally get some long game time be interesting how he handles it. He had a mixed bag tonight. 44 tackles and 60mtrs not a bad effort from the kid who has hardly had gametime. The pass to Klemmer was Api style pass as well.
