Surely not. They are 1/2 a season in for a 5-year plan. Whatever it is, it wouldn't be about removing Sheens and Benji.
It may be around ensuring some independence & governance from a boys club forming.

Sheen's is employed to coach Fulton's list of players and with Mac there he signed who Sheen's wanted

If Fulton and Sheens can work together great but this was obviously a power play between Lee and Sheen's lee needs to be the big guy

Are you sure about this redistribution of responsibilities?

Sheens was in no position to demand he brings who he wants. He was the GM of football, he had a say in whom was already at the club. Him demanding we hire a real estate agent as our head of recruitment was absurd and should have been bluntly rejected straight away.
Our management didn't have the balls to take Sheens on, but now that we're still pathetically embarrassing they have more leverage.

The club could not sign a first grade quality player. Sheens comes back and suddenly we have a forward pack capable of competing. What possesses a bunch of totally unqualified idiots in suits to go above him and mess up his planning, 6 months into his head coaching stint? I will always support the jersey but it’s getting increasingly difficult when it’s being run by incompetent egomaniacs.

By sacking an incompetent muppet, whom had already been sacked three times in the past 15 years, twice by us? Sheens has everything his way except now for replacing a useless old fart for a highly skilled younger professional. It's a massive win for the club, and Sheens. Fulton may actually be able to lure players to the club, whereas Warren could not.
I hate the clubs management as much as anyone, but this is one thing they've absolutely done right in correcting a previous error.

Meh. Whilst i agree the suits should stay in their lane i think youre overly praising Sheens.
Madge done the hard work in getting Api and Papalii.
Sheens traded away our halves depth for a forward who was already on the outer at his club and gave a 4 year contract to a Pom looking to move to Australia. Nothing more. Hardly brilliant recruiting even if I do like Klemmer and Bateman.

The current issues are not a matter of who is the better recruiter out of Sheens and Fukton, it comes down to the fact that Pascoe and Hagipantelis had appointed Tim Sheens as Head of Football giving him full control of anything football related, and they would run the club side of the business. Sheens is one of the most experienced football minds in the game and neither two of them know how to run a football team. Maybe a club or business but not the football team.

Why do they now go behind Sheen's back appointing Fulton and start making changes to areas of the club they DON'T UNDERSTAND THE FIRST THING ABOUT. LEAVE THIS TO SHEENS, BENJI AND FARAH AND KEEP YOUR HANDS OUT OF MATTERS THEY ONLY KEEP DESTROYING EACH TIME THEY INTERFERE.

Yes the tigers have not made the finals in some time now, but since Pascoe and Hagipantelis joined the board the club has only gone down hill due to their handling of the club.

It's no wonder players keep wanting to leave the club. Worst of all now we started seeing good signs of improvements they further alinate Tim Sheen, as well as Brookes who has never played better and it looks like we may loose them both.

The best and only solution is for Tigers members and fans to show Pascoe and Hagipantelis who really runs the club. STAND UP WITH ONE LOUD VOICE DEMANDING THEIR RESIGNATION. AFTERALL WESTS TIGERS CLUB BELONGS TO THE MEMBERS, FANS AND COMMUNITY, NOT TWO INEPT INDIVIDUALS TRYING TO APPEAR IMPORTANT AND MAKE MONEY WHILST THE CLUB THEY PRETEND TO RUN GETS DESTROYED.

SPREAD THE MESSAGE FAR AND WIDE AND GET MEMBERS AND FANS MOBILISED TO SAVE THE TIGERS ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!
