Anything is possible but you would think that with his brother playing for us, the Tigers needing halves, his association with Fulton and the opportunity to be coached by Benji (could be a positive or a negative) that we would have a decent chance of securing him. As usual the Tigers could still manage to stuff this up!!

I'd say they are all in on Sullivan & I can't see them giving up Amone either. I would say Flanagan would be wanting experience in the spine if Hunt leaves. There spine already looks pretty raw with hunt.

There is potential there on paper but I doubt that is what happens, there's barely even 100 games of NRL experience between them.
I have seen a lot of acknowledgement on this forum that we would probably need an experienced 7 if we wanted to get the best out of our young players, even though we have Api who has played more games than that entire Dragons spine has played. (I agree with this, Hunt & L.Fainu would probably be our best case scenario atm).

So I can't see the Dragons making a serious play for him and even if they do I can see us being the better offer to him (Western Sydney family, relationship with Fulton, basically walks into the first team atm on paper, good pack and can learn from Benji)

ATM our best 1-5 are (IMHO 😉 ) and are good enough:

our focus must be on hb and 5/8 ONLY -> MUST HAVE players,
and everything else is "it would be be NICE TO HAVE, if enough money is left' players,
until we cover our halves we MUST not spend money on unnecessary, "luxury" players!

a) it's a manager beat up
b) they are coming to the Tigers with the Fulton link
c) they are going to the Dragon with the Flanagan link
d) they are going to the Titans with the Hasler link
e) If it's b, c or d, it's because Manly happy to see them go (bad eggs from Guildford)

The WTs' rumour is the only one linking more than one player to any of those clubs. Three in fact which is specific.

Fulton will struggle to sign anyone noteworthy this year or next…stories from players who exit the club (Joffa, Gildart, Matterson)…carry a lot of weight with managers and players and anyone approached to sign they want nothing to do with this joint….

Gildart should say anything about any club the way he tackles. Haha
