Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I think you need to look at who is around him though. I don't think you weaken your fullback position to strengthen centre, as fullback is a much more important position. Players there on average has a bigger bearing on the results of games. Most club teams don't have the luxury of moving their best players out of key positions. The only exception at the moment is probably Penrith who are able to use Crichton in the centres because they have an excellent specialist fullback in Edwards.
When Crichton plays fullback, Penrith look awful and clunky.
With him in the centres they have strike.

I stopped reading once you said Inglis and Mitchell are "so so fullbacks". Not worth the dribble.
I don’t think Mitchell is a great fullback. Moses worked him out a few weeks ago and ran him from one side to the other and he struggled big time. To me his fitness and positional play is questionable.

In saying that his strength and attacking ability is excellent especially when in the red zone. As far as Souths go, he is their best option at fullback by some distance and is far more valuable at one than four. In a full strength Blue side I think he is a better no4.

Anyway bottom line, he is a great player, just IMO I think he comes back to the field a tad at no1

lol you still just post on emotion only. My stats and facts Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon your opinion.
Youve been done over and proved my thoughts correct.
Im done speaking with stupid for now.
Have a good day.

Hahaha like your "fact" that Inglis won Clive Churchill at centre.

Claiming an opinion as fact like you often do on the forum is simply embarrassing.

That was mistaken. I should have said golden boot. I was wrong and can admit it.
I still have heaps of stats to your opinion and at the end of the day, I know football and you dont which leads me back to feeling sorry for the poor buggers you claim to coach. Your opinions are embarrassing and easily countered.
Have a good day.

Yep Im not saying his no good at the back and in that current Souths side he is required there.

This debate started because you said its a fact Inglis and Mitchell are better centres then fullbacks. My point was simply that it isn't a fact, it's an opinion. A fact is something you can prove beyond doubt, no one can prove that is the case. You may well be right, its my opinion your wrong, but that doesn't mean my opinion is fact.

You keep claiming your providing facts, your not, your providing opinions, as am I. Saying you would play Mitchell at fullback, and the wrong claim that Inglis won Clive Churchill at centre highlight you can't prove your opinion is fact.

Little bit silly we have hijacked the thread on a debate over Inglis and Mitchell. I just wanted to say your claim its fact can not, under any circumstances be a fact, and its now turned into this. It's subjective opnion. Like I said, you may be right, but no one will ever know, as its subjective. Just stop claiming your opinion is fact all the time.

Best to stop hijacking the thread now.

The statistics I have provided are verifiable and its not my opinion, I provided evidence.
You are sprouting opinion only and it is easily countered.

Manly’s signing spree continues, with the club locking down playmaker Josh Schuster for three years.

The news comes the day after the Sea Eagles announced the signing of Wests Tigers halfback Luke Brooks on a four-year deal, meaning Schuster’s future on the peninsula appears to be in the back row, something the 22-year-old has accepted.

He informed the club of his decision late on Monday night. The deal is believed to be worth whopping $2.4 million over three seasons. (SMH)

Stats lol, come on. Anyone worth their salt know stats are skewed depending on so many variables. They can be somewhat valuable on occasions, but more often then not they are just hard and fast numbers based on black and white scenarios. I don't coach in black and white my friend, I coach on variables, covering all bases. Give it a try, you might learn something.

Manly are more than welcome to keep him as unless he makes a massive attitude change it is a waste of money

You are only saying this because you have no analytical ability with this game.
It seems quite evident that you operate within an echo chamber, likely listening to someone who has vast knowledge and then you come onto forums like this and regurgitate their thoughts in an attempt to win arguments. The problem that arises often with you is that if someone calls you out on what you are saying, you cant think on your feet as the thoughts are not originally yours to begin with as you dont know footy.
Maybe you can tape what they are saying so that you can present their arguments accurately?
Give it a try, it may work out better for you

No I'm saying this because anyone who looks at league just on stats like you are have no idea. No idea at all.

Since you like stats so much, and this is me getting a little childish here, but have a look at this stat.....all our posts interacting with each other on this over the past day, you have one, yes one single like from other forum members. I guess that stat is meaningless isn't it, or is it?
The entire argument is that you claim its "absolute fact" Inglis and Mitchell are better centres. Like I said, you may be right, but it's not fact, it's opinion. Your struggle to understand that is concerning.
