So something must happen this week. It should be the likes of Pascoe, Lee H and Sheens falling on their swords but it won’t be.
Looking at players who you’d tell they’re free to look elsewhere for next year, who would you tell. I’d probably start with Laurie, Wakeham, Nofo, Naden and Will Smith to start.
Of the players, who would you move on?

I remember a season for Carringbah De La Salle- we were the 2nd team for Carringbah in the top grade for 15's from memory. Totally outclassed. Even having Dan Staines help at training a few times did nothing. There were some one-sided games that year.

Just watched it, all Sheens could say was an embarrassment, unacceptable but we play on Thursday night so always good to get back on the horse quickly after a fall.

Nofa injured won’t play for sure. Maybe time for Tupou to go back to KOE and move Naden to wing. Reilly to centre and would even consider Smith to half. Sheens just indicated that Laurie will stay at 6.

I'm sure we can point at nearly every aspect of the play to assign blame, but our defence on the edges was shambolic.

Wingers, centres & back row spots should not be feeling too safe.

Reilly, Matamua, Kepeoua could all be in. Staines, if fit.

Mate, that presser is one of the hardest jobs a coach has. You can’t say exactly what you want to because the media would be all over it so you pull out the standard answers to protect everyone.
I thought Sheens was pretty straight forward and he emphasised that it was both a players and coaches issue and it would need to be corrected together.
I would imagine that there will be a few deep and meaningful conversations over the next few days where individual issues can be addressed before the team comes together for one or maybe 2 sessions before Thursday.
