Hears the complaints, ignores them because it involves him, and he won't step down, and wats to be involved in business that isn't his.

This is why the club is where it is. Those in power think they are above it all and not to blame, and there is no way to remove them.
 
Would be interesting if the alleged 400k WT fans were able to participate in a confidence vote on the ownership and board.
I know it wouldn’t be in anyway binding, but the result (either way) would be hard to dismiss.

I don’t agree that the coaching department need ti sign off on the recruitment guy. Seperate areas, responsibility to the ceo and the board. Look at what Cleary did too us with full autonomy. It cost us for years. The coaching team need to be in the decision making team on players not the head of recruitment.

Disagree. Of course the coach has to sign off on the recruitment officer. Im not sure how many clubs you have been assoiciated with, but in any sucessful club the coach always directs the recruitment officer to go after the types of players that suit his coaching style. Not separate areas ,The CEO & chairman should hire the recruitment officer the coach wants. Thats the only way you t get everyone going in the same direction. Unfortunately, our chairman & CEO cant do their own jobs let alone try to pretend they are coaches as well. These two clowns started screwing this club when they hired that DS Taylor & have continued ever since. We are lucky that Sheens came back to sort this mess & he has started to. If they make his position untenable, that will be the end for me. If they really love the club , the best thing they can do to help is resign.

What the hell does that mean ? As far as I can see neither he or the CEO have owned anything ever .Failure after Failure year after year and they have total job security .
Most businesses or organisations where they fail very badly year on year leads to changes at the top . Meaning the CEO as he is the prime executive whereas a non executive Chairman does just that he chairs board meetings and that's it .One of the key decisions taken by the board at least a couple of times a year is whether to renew ,extend or terminate the contract of the Ceo ! Is Lee a non executive Chairman or does he get involved with day to day decisions in running the club ?

Mary replied I’d like to have 2 solicitors here when I take my last breath, Mother superior asked why 2 solicitors.
I’d like one each side of my bed when I pass away, I want to be like Jesus and die between 2 thieves.
 
The Tigers need to keep quiet and work hard. Management talking in the media doesn’t help the team nor recruitment. People don’t need to be reminded every day we have fans running the club. Good intentioned but not accountable. I’ve never seen an organisation keep management that have not succeeded in a decade. Change is required for a fresh start.

I thought that my solicitor had a sense of humour but when I told him that joke I was mistaken.😡
