It's a bit less actually. That's what newie paid him under the cap then, it's gone up a fair bit since so 750-800k is probably the current equivalent.

I'd be happy to offer 4 years at 600, 700, 800, 800, with the 800 contracts requiring a certain number of matches played and try involvements the season prior.

From what I saw in his debut, he is an x factor outside back with a lot of errors in his game. Similar to Junior Tupou - could be anything, but needs to master the basics of the game.

I think it would be smart business sniffing around the Bulldogs, tbh. There is no way they can keep all those players on the books as well as add more. Some of these guys need to move on.

I know that many on here will turn their nose up at a number of their players. I get it- Bulldogs are rubbish etc.

Corey Waddell would be great forward depth.

I know this one will get sneers, but we don't have anyone with Okunbor's body shape out wide. Imagine having a threat in a jump ball situation... and how is his defence compared to Nofa? (He's not a 2nd rower though)

Laugh away- but Kyle Flanagan has to offer some value at this point. Particularly if he's on roughly Wakeham type money.

Those are the off contract guys. I wonder who the Dogs would be willing to offload as well?

Ideally I'd love to get Faitala-Mariner off them. Jackson Topine as the back-up target however could be interesting..

Sheens looked real childish when he told the press conference media that he hasn’t been told anything about Talau going to Manly early - he was sooking big time - not a good look, I think he might be a control freak and is throwing his toys out of the cot.
Can’t believe he leaves Matamua out of the line up .. even though Seyfarth has pulled his finger out the past couple of games (finally) Matamua has far more to offer … I think Sheen has been a bit smug after extending Matamua - like he’s tied him up so he won’t be going anywhere but seriously this is why our promising players get the Jack and kick stones … Sheensy loves a Frankenstein project … memories of Daniel Fitzhenry anyone?

He was probably told about Talau, but he has just forgotten, that happens in your latter years. Just like he forgot to sign some halves this year

I’d leave the Bulldogs to rot and fester in their own stench - dumb arse Flanno already looking to free up their cap space already by taking dead weight Luke Thompson to the Dragons so the Bulldogs can make a play for Tino
